Some of our Techniques for tiles flooring/cladding

Leveling

PCC (Plain Cement Concrete)-

We perform PCC only when the existing surface is not properly leveled. We follow PCC standards and prepared with a 1:4:8 ratio (1 part cement, 4 parts sand, and 8 parts aggregate) mixed with water. PCC Is a crucial preparatory layer before tiles installation, providing a stable, level, and firm base. It prevents ground settlement, moisture penetration, and ensures long-term durability of the tiles flooring.

Solve lippage issue with Professional Finish

leveling spacer clips-

To ensure a flawless and professional tile finish, we use leveling spacer clips during installation. These clips eliminate lippage by keeping tiles perfectly aligned and level throughout the setting process. This technique ensures uniform joints, smooth surfaces, and a durable, high-end result—especially important for large-format tiles.

Reduce adhesive wastage and increase bonding

Both side buttering –

Adhesive (tile adhesive or thin mortar) is applied to both the prepared floor surface and the back of the marble slab. we are Using a notched trowel (reduce wastage) to spread adhesive evenly. Back-buttering the marble is equally important to eliminate any air pockets and to promote maximum contact between the marble and the substrate. it is minimizing the risk of hollow spots, movement, or detachment over time.
